  Purchased a fire pit from Walmart and Hayneedle, but the burner part did not work properly. Contacted both of them and their customer service people seemed nice enough, but I wasn't really getting anywhere until they put me in touch with AZ Patio. Spoke to Michael in their warranty dept and he told me what I needed to do (send him an email with basic information and he would look into it. Early the next morning, Michael called and said the replacement part was being shipped out that day. He apologized for the delay caused by Walmart and Hayneedle. I am now certain that if another problem should arise, Michael and AZ Patio will be there to help. Great customer service!
