  My mom and sister come home to tell me they tried selling them a Mac pro over the Mac air for a fricken teenager who uses Instagram. You pieces of trash. Trying to get a buck out of them! The owner directly tried to! Please let the owner contact me so I can school him in customer service, and customer care. Better yet let me tell you about the differences since you clearly don't know.

  I'm the dentist/owner of Alpha Dental. Our Mac Mini Server crashed few months ago and our practice was virtually frozen for 4 days and I had nightmares every night. The server had RAID, so I thought I was safe, but RAID is NOT A good backup solution as I learned the hard way. I took our machine to Apple Store and they basically told me I was likely out of luck and I should try a data recovery service. I took it to MacMedia, and they were able to recover all my data in two days at a very reasonable cost. It took me some time to write this review, but I should have thank them long time ago. I cannot be happier.
