  “Joseph Caouette” Remember this name when you go in the store, “Joseph Caouette”.When I first walked into the store no one came over to help me. I’m sure they were helping other customers. Then I spotted an employee, and advised him that I needed some help. He told me that he was busy for a few more seconds but would be right with me. This employee also known as a “Wardrobe Consultant”, introduced himself as Joseph Caouette. This gentleman is the best guy ever! Joseph was a, no pressure, we will do things the way you want, I’m here to assist you, truly a “Wardrobe Consultant”! I had contact with another “Wardrobe Consultant” when I was trying on a suit that was being fitted. Unfortunately, Joseph was off that day. This other “Consultant” , (I wish I had gotten his name), tried to tell me the suit fit. Which it clearly did not. The suit ballooned at the front, which looked terrible, especially when it was buttoned. This other “Consultant” said, “how often do you stand up with the suit buttoned”? My thought was “really”? I responded to him, “that’s not the point, it doen’t fit”! There is more to this story but I don’t want to dwell on this guy’s uncaring attitude and dismissiveness. I realize I didn’t buy the most expensive suits but, at $300.00 each, I want the best fitted suit and service I can get. Bottom line, when I go to this store I will call first and make sure “Joseph Caouette” is working. Joseph gives true meaning to the Mens Wearhouse term “Wardrobe Consultant”!
