  This is a long overdue expression of my appreciation regarding Nate Sykes, store manager @ Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley Rd, Peoria. AZ He has assisted me with two phone purchases on two separate occasions, one for me and one for my 19yo son, as well as additional visits / assistance on the phone for trouble shooting. I have done business @ other T-Mobile stores, @ least 4-5 stores when I lived in Mesa, and Nate's store by far is the best customer service I have encountered! Nate is very knowledgeable and patient. He also runs a great store as it is apparent by the knowledge and great professional service provided by his employees.

  I frequent this shopping area often and never have issues with reception. Not sure what the other reviewer was referring to. If reception in your area is poor they give you a free mini cell tower so you get full bars of 4G LTE at home!
